This policy describes how WellForge handles information. WellForge is a personal fitness and nutrition tracker. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Consult a physician before changing diet or exercise.
Summary
- By default, your diary, workouts, photos, and goals stay on your device.
- We do not sell personal data.
- We do not run ads or a social network.
- There is no required account for core local use.
Data on your device
Typically includes profile preferences, nutrition diary and custom foods, workouts, routines, personal records, body measurements, optional progress photos, and optional step counts from the device pedometer. This data is stored using on-device storage. Uninstalling the app may delete it unless you export a backup.
Network features
- Open Food Facts lookups (barcode/search) send product codes or queries to Open Food Facts.
- If you email support, we receive the address and message you send to support@wellforge.app.
- App stores may process device and install metadata as part of normal distribution.
What we do not do
- We do not operate a social feed or public profiles.
- We do not sell or rent personal data for advertising.
- We do not require an account for core local use.
Your choices
- Export: Profile → Export data (JSON backup)
- Delete local data: Profile → Delete all local data
- Body measure history: Body measures → Delete individual entries or Clear all
- Health / steps: optional; you control when to import or type a count
Children
WellForge is not directed at children under 13. Do not use the app if you are under 13.
Medical disclaimer
WellForge is for personal logging only. Calorie targets, macros, fasting timers, step counts, and insights are estimates. They are not a diagnosis, treatment plan, or substitute for professional care. Consult your physician before starting or changing any diet, exercise, or supplement program, especially if you are pregnant, have a medical condition, or take prescription medication.
Changes
We may update this policy. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy. Material changes are reflected with a new “Last updated” date.
